
The Amsterdam housing market continued to cool on Thursday, with local reports confirming a sustained downturn in prices. In Oslo, the market showed signs of stabilization, with the gap between asking prices and final sale prices narrowing, according to an analysis by Aftenposten of listings on Finn.no.
In Spain, housing prices rose at a varied pace, with Valencia’s districts recording annual increases ranging from 2.6% to 23%, according to a report by appraisal firm Tinsa. The districts of Pobles del Sud, Patraix, and L’Eixample saw the sharpest growth, while Pobles del Nord experienced a 0.5% decline from the previous quarter. L’Eixample led in price per square meter at €4,007, followed by Ciutat Vella at €3,562. Nationally, Spanish residential prices grew by an average of 8.4% over the past five years, with Valencia, Soria, Málaga, and Madrid exceeding 10% growth.
Greece’s housing market also saw rising prices, though disparities persisted. In Kozani, 71.9% of listed homes were priced below €100,000, compared to just 1.9% in Athens’ northern suburbs, according to an analysis by ReDataset .
