Polish energy firm Onde buys Olmex in grid infrastructure expansion: PGZ signs camouflage cover deals

Polish energy firm Onde has acquired 100% of Olmex for 38 million złoty, financing the deal with a seven-year bank loan. Olmex, a 26-year-old company, is projected to generate 170 million złoty in revenue, 9 million złoty in EBIT, and 6 million złoty in net profit for 2026, according to Onde’s announcement .
The acquisition expands Onde’s operations from renewable energy construction into grid infrastructure, including substations, transmission lines, and high-voltage equipment distribution. Olmex’s business is split between building and modernizing electrical infrastructure and distributing apparatus for such projects, with clients including grid operators, power plants, and industrial facilities. The company also represents GE Vernova in Poland.
Separately, defense group PGZ signed contracts worth 70.3 million złoty for multi-spectrum camouflage covers with Miranda, a subsidiary of Lubawa. Deliveries are scheduled for 2027–2029, with the total value of signed and negotiated contracts reaching 77.9 million złoty .
