Firefighters evacuate building near Norway asylum center after blaze in outbuilding

Firefighters evacuated residents from a building near an asylum center in Ål, Norway, early Monday after a large blaze broke out in an outbuilding, authorities said. The fire was reported at 5:14 a.m. by the Sørøst police district, with operations leader Inge Omli Landsrød initially warning of a risk of the fire spreading to other structures on the property.
