The company’s push toward the milestone includes the €110 million acquisition of Dodoni, the addition of Chios-based Campos, and the development of a new halloumi production facility in Cyprus. Hellenic Dairies has also established new subsidiaries in Poland, Spain, and Moldova, while expanding its presence in Romania, Bulgaria, and Cyprus. Its portfolio now includes strong brands such as Olympos, Tyras, Rodopi, and AGNO.
The group’s net debt exceeds €600 million, reflecting the scale of its recent investments. The six children of Takis and Michalis Sarantis, who now lead the company, are managing the largest expansion in its history, transforming Hellenic Dairies into a significantly larger operation than the one they inherited .
