In Finland, one person died and three others were injured in a collision between a car and a camper van on Friday afternoon near Suonenjoki, about 15 kilometers from Jyväskylä, according to Itä-Suomen police. The car reportedly veered into oncoming traffic, and the road was closed for about an hour before reopening at 6:14 p.m. local time. Police continue to investigate the incident .

In Spain, a multi-vehicle crash on the A-62 highway in Tordesillas, Valladolid, killed one man and injured eight others, including two minors. The accident involved three trucks and two cars, prompting emergency services to deploy helicopters, mobile ICUs, and ambulances. Authorities confirmed all drivers tested negative for alcohol and drugs, and the road reopened in the afternoon .

In Aruba, a 23-year-old Dutch woman, Kimberly van Ardenne, died in a UTV crash, with authorities confirming she was driving based on video evidence. Her boyfriend and a Dutch Marine survived without serious injuries. The investigation, initially led by Aruba police, was transferred to the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee due to the involvement of a Dutch serviceman. Family lawyer Peter Schouten criticized the public release of the video evidence, calling it "cruel and inhumane" for prolonging the family’s uncertainty .

In Cyprus, six people were injured in a two-car collision in Limassol on Friday night, with a 61-year-old woman in intensive care and two others hospitalized in serious condition. The crash occurred at 10:50 p.m. on Omonias Avenue .
