The event took place in Port Huron, where Trump and Minaj appeared together to support Republican candidates ahead of the November 3 midterm elections. Minaj, who arrived on Air Force One with the president, wore a gold Gucci suit and addressed the audience, urging them to back Trump and the GOP slate. “We really need all these wonderful people to be elected—it’s a turning point for our country,” she said.

Minaj, who has previously called herself Trump’s “number one fan,” reciprocated the praise.
