Global-e Online posts 44% jump in Q2 gross merchandise volume to 2.089 billion

Global-e Online reported second-quarter 2026 earnings on Aug. 12, with gross merchandise volume reaching $2.089 billion, a 44% year-over-year increase driven by same-store sales and consumption across destination regions. Total revenue rose 39% to $299 million, marking the second consecutive quarter with trailing 12-month revenue exceeding $1 billion. Adjusted EBITDA climbed 62% to $62.4 million, a 20.9% margin, while GAAP net profit reached $47.7 million, or $0.27 per diluted share, up from $10.5 million in the same period of 2025.
The company also announced a $500 million share repurchase authorization approved by the board in June 2026, following $68 million in repurchases executed in the quarter to complete a $200 million 2025 plan. Free cash flow increased to $73.2 million, and cash and liquidity totaled $530 million as of June 30, 2026. Full-year 2026 guidance was revised upward, with revenue now expected between $1.305 billion and $1.355 billion, up from a prior range of $1.220 billion to $1.280 billion. Adjusted EBITDA guidance was set at $278 million to $300 million, reflecting 46% growth at the midpoint.
