Polls published on Oct. 7 show rising support for far-right and populist parties in Germany, Bulgaria, and Lithuania.

In Germany, the far-right AfD leads with 26% in a Forsa survey conducted Sept. 29–Oct. 5, up from 22–28 September, while the center-right CDU/CSU trails at 19%. An INSA poll from Oct. 2–5 gives AfD 30.5%, a 0.5-point increase, with CDU/CSU at 17.5%, down 0.5 points .

In Bulgaria, the populist PB~NI holds 41% in a Trend poll from Sept. 26–Oct. 2, down 4 points from the last election, while the far-right V-ESN rises to 6%, up 2 points. In the presidential race, V-ESN’s Kostadinov polls at 10% .

In Lithuania, the far-right LVŽS-ECR gains 3 points to reach 11% in a Spinter tyrimai survey from Sept. 16–26, while the center-right TS LKD-EPP leads at 25% .
