Madrid orders Rayo Vallecano to vacate stadium over urgent safety works amid Europes infrastructure crisis
The Community of Madrid has ordered the extinction of the concession of the Rayo Vallecano stadium as a precautionary measure while urgent works are carried out to guarantee its safety. This means that Rayo Vallecano will not be able to start the season at their home stadium.
