Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned the attacks, stating, “Russia is escalating every single day. If the Russians have chosen to make their strikes even more brutal, the world must choose stronger responses to keep the war from spreading further” . The Institute for the Study of War noted Russia has increasingly targeted data centers and telecommunications since mid-September amid battlefield setbacks .
A logistics facility serving McDonald’s was also hit in a “double strike,” Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha said, disrupting daily life and businesses .
