He urged the EU to tap into immobilized Russian assets, valued at €210 billion, to address the gap .
Belgium announced it would deliver three F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine by year’s end, with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stating the aircraft and urgent ammunition shipments from Belgium and Spain would bolster air defenses against the escalating attacks .
