Additional strikes were reported on a Wildberries facility in Zelenodolsk, Tatarstan, causing minor smoke but no major damage, while Kazan’s airports imposed temporary restrictions amid drone alerts . Wildberries’ press office said its Zelenodolsk warehouse remained operational. Since July 18, Ukrainian forces have struck at least 13 Wildberries warehouses, with media estimates suggesting roughly 10 percent of the company’s total warehouse capacity may have been disrupted .
Ukraine’s Security Service reported strikes on the Taman Port infrastructure, with a large-scale fire observed there. The Defense Intelligence also claimed an attack on an aircraft plant in occupied Crimea .
Meanwhile, a Russian Kh-101 cruise missile entered Polish airspace during a mass Russian strike on Ukraine and crashed in the Lublin region, Polish Deputy Defense Minister Cezary Tomczyk confirmed. Tomczyk said a Ukrainian pilot tracked the missile until it neared the border but could not intercept it. Poland’s Prime Minister Donald Tusk called the incident "very serious" but stated there was no indication Poland was deliberately targeted .
On the front lines, reports emerged that Russian forces had infiltrated most of Kostiantynivka, a key Ukrainian city, as Russia sought to regain the offensive . Separately, Russian airstrikes injured six in Kramatorsk and one in the Sloviansk community, according to Ukrainian police and regional authorities .
Zelenskyy has urged the U.S. and European allies to bolster Ukraine’s air defenses. U.S. President Donald Trump told the Financial Times on July 30 that he had not decided whether to allow Ukraine to produce American-designed Patriot missile interceptors, citing licensing concerns . The European Union announced a €3.47 billion tranche for Ukraine’s critical defense needs on July 31 .
